REM Client queuing MMF files

I've got a Retina scanner that's configured with a valid certificate and a working, secure connection is acknowledged by the Receiver. The same Receiver works fine for 5 other scanners. In the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\eEye Digital Security\Application Bus\REM Client\Queue folder, I have several .MMF files with the exact same size: 51,200 KB.

How do I get the REM Client to process these chunks and upload them to the REM Server?
