Hi, this is my first post and I'm trying my best to troubleshoot the matter. Before going into the problem, I have been seeing this error message on the front of my login page :

Now the problem :
Our console management server has been listing the latest completed job as pending. How do I get the completed scan report to reach the retina management server ? I've tried to check the retina event service and it's configured to listen on port 21690. Event manager shows that it has started successfully. However when I ran netstat -na , I do not see port 21690 as LISTENING. It's not listed.
Telnet test from the agent to the retina management server is unsuccessful.
P.S Our license expired, but does this effect the retina management server? My fincance department is in the midst of approving the license renewal, but it would be great if anyone here can tell me what I can do to solve this. We have been a longtime subscriber.
