Retina CS 4.5 Upgrade

Hello,

We are currently running Retina CS 3.1.1.102 with Blink installed on clients.

We would like to upgrade to Retina CS 4.5, but are told that we must:

1) Migrate database to SQL 2008.

2) Upgrade to Retina CS 3.5

3) Upgrade to Retina CS 4.5

Is it possible to stand-up a pristine Retina 4.5 installation (Win 2008/SQL 2008) and migrate the Blink clients over to it?
