Retina Network security scanner: When we run Auto-Update, we are able to download Auto-Update version 2.5.13, Application version 3.0.18, but not Retina version 5.19.0, with same proxy settings which access eeye (https://update.eeye.com/UpdateServer/)
ERROR:
Retina: Unexpected response from the web site. Check your proxy settings. If the problem persists, please report this error at http://www.eeye.com/support. --Error Code: 12002; Description: The operation timed out.
If suppose, there is any proxy, firewall settings that blocked the site, then why the other two files got updated(Auto-Update, Application) leaving Retina.
Please answer ASAP.
