A couple of months ago we installed Retina CS Community edition. Everything went well and we were able to run scans as expected. It's now getting close to the time for us to run our Q4 scan and we are unable to access the web console. We know what the password should be, we've entered it several times and each time the logon page changes to the 'Initializing Server" screen then immediately returns to the logon page. Thinking we might have forgotten the password, we used the Retina CS Configuration application to reset the Administrator password to what we believed it should be. We restarted the services, as well as the server, and unfortunately the same problem still exists.
We are currently running Retina CS Community 4.5.2.322 on Windows 2012.
Any information you could provide or suggestions we might try would be greatly appreciated.
