Unable to Authenticate Netbios/SNMP

I am attempting to run a scan on several Windows 7 workstations using 5.19.2. A handful of these workstations are returning the following error:

Netbios Credentials: Unable to authenticate with provided credentials

SNMP Credentials: Unable to authenticate with provided community name

I have verified all items in KB000760 are set correct (Security model, windows firewall, remote registry, LANMan, LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy) and compared the Local Security Policy and Services settings with a workstation that is scanning correctly and they are set the same. We are not running HBSS.

After looking in the Retina logs, I see an error for "credential test failed, Logon Failure: unknown user name or bad password". Since I am scanning IP ranges on the same domain and all workstations have the same admin credentials, I am at a loss as to what I am doing wrong.

Any ideas?
