SCAN Reports

I just installed Retina Community for the first time. I ran my first scan and now I am attempting to run a report to look at the scan. When I select the scan I want to run a report on and then select either internet explorer or microsoft word to run the report with I get no results.

I went through the config options and I do not see anything that needs to be set.

What is the correct process to complete the report?
