Retina comminity installation and access

Hi,

I have a Windows 7 machine.
I installed the latest Retina community edition.
A popup tells me vc 2008 SP1 runtime is being installed and then it dissapears as though the installation is finished.
Is this the correct behavior?
If it is installed - how do I access the SW via the web browser?
